general - a flat rate of $15 for shipping canada wide on all orders under $150. shipping is complimentary on orders $150 (before applicable taxes) & over

 

return policy

items can be returned for a full refund within 14 days from the day of purchase. all returns must be unopened and in original packaging. no returns on floral bunches or sale items. 

kindly note the customer is responsible for paying the fees associated for returning the items.
